Eight weeks until the half marathon and the 5K. I still have not decided which race I will run ... It just is hard to decide, one is fun and one is proving to be a bigger challenged that I thought.
Tomorrow I will try to start at week 8 of my training. At this rate their is no way I will be able to match my former half completion time.
I will start cleansing ... My birthday is fast approaching and as every year the month before my birthday is dedicated to finding the best of me ...
Plan from tomorrow going forward until October 30th:
- exercise according to the half marathon plan
- start the detox Yogi Tea
- take pictures
- write in my blog
- meditate
- diet
- yoga
- read a book
I better stop with my good intentions as we all know I am the queen of new beginnings, lets see how long this new beginning lasts. ;)
