Yes, here I am again ... not packing ... day before my business trip and I am unable to get to it and pack ... the title of this post is not an original one as I find myself in the same position trip after trip.
I sometimes feel I should be able to enjoy my weekend totally ... and so it becomes hard to pack or to do anything that takes me away from the little time I have to spend with my family.

I left my little one (yes, I said my little 15 almost 16 year old) at soccer camp. My oldest is going to Chicago and my Dante is going to the doggy hotel ... Coordination is the name of the game.

I just purchased the college bedding package ... so the spending starts!!! I know I have my first payment due this week ... help ...

On a side note I had my friend's baby shower this weekend ... I made my famous :) red pepper jelly, my flan and my Tres Leches cupcakes ... I also had my first experience with fondant decorating ... can't wait to do it again ... it was a lot of fun ... I found a new fondant recipe that I will try next time ... maybe for my daughter's sweet 16 cupcake cake ...
OK, now I really have to go pack ... a dopo ... J
