... sometimes it is just time to go to bed ...

I must share a picture of my PowerPoint presentation done on Monday night of this week ... and by night I mean 2 - 3 AM tuesday.

I think this was my queue to go to bed ... yes, I guess by this point I was sleeping!

Last week I went to a school soccer game ... my daughter as always being polite ... raising her hand to talk to her coach!

Aside from the Arroz con Coco, I wasn't very inspired in the kitchen ... I have been feeling low in energy and working until late ... so I decided to forego my runs ... 

... aside from my lack of energy, the cold weather returned ... I just could not get myself to be exchange the shorts and running tanks for leggings and long sleeve runs.

We shall see!
