I guess the answer to that question is as many times as it takes to reach your goal ... so lately I have been a little out of sorts ... can't get into the groove so they say ... I do well for awhile and then without notice my runs take a second place to what ... I do not know really, but they do ... I am a little hesitant to run my second half marathon because as you know I fear not doing better than my first half ... I know ... dumb reason, but my reason ... my diet has been scattered and I miss not having time ... time for my family, my hobbies, my cooking, my friends ...
So here is the semi-plan ... semi, because I still feel at a place where I may not complete the plan ... but here are my goals at least.
1. Eat sensibly and regularly ... I often skip meals and so I am trying to work on this. I will try to take pics ... (even if it means I will use my iPhone for ease of use) ... of all the meals I eat during the day. Please forgive me ... it may not be too interesting, maybe even boring, but I thought doing a food journal could help me get back on track.
2. Sign up for a half, maybe even 2.
3. Do the photography challenge for March ... this one is going to be tough as I need to submit until Saturday.
On a side note ... I want to thank FitApproach for my beautiful t-shirt and laces ... I am glad I went for a medium ... however ... maybe a large would have been better! My order came with a personalized note ... they have won me over ... tight tank top and all :)
Can't wait to wear it during my runs! Maybe wear it during a half? Ummmm, who knows ... it may be ... :) ... a dopo ... J
