I hate keeping a food journal ... I hate calculating calories and anything related ... but since I am trying to eat at a regular schedule below is my first attempt at a food journal ... iPhoto pics ... you know everyone can take good pics from the phone but me ...
Breakfast: Starbucks Tall 5 Pump Chai Tea Skim Milk No Water Extra Hot (not pictured). That is the only thing that I order in a Starbucks fashion, other than that it is just a simple Cappuccino that I have about once a year. I am glad I asked for a tall because the Starbucks near my office is NOT very good ... :(
Lunch: My friend L. brought what was described as a grow-lunchable (or something like that), by our friend E. ... a lunchable for adults.
I ate a few Ritz crackers ... and of course ALL the GRAPES and the CHEESE ... but that should come as no surprise! :) ... the pepperoni or salame or whatever it was ... was left intact -1 which I tried.
Dinner: Pasta with tomatoes ... delicious and deliciously out of focus, (forgive me) ... this is a pasta I usually do during the summer ... I cut the tomatoes and add olive oil, garlic, and salt ... it is meant to almost be a cold pasta as the tomatoes are not cooked ... I must admit ... I had two bowls!
So that is all ... I may or may not run tonight ... I am getting closer to signing up for a Half ... does that give me points to make up for not running??? Please say yes, ;)
